Squad helps save an Angel
|
When
the Arizona Federal Service Squad
got word that the Salvation Army Christmas
Angel program was short on donations,
they jumped into action!
The Salvation
Army Christmas Angel program
provides gifts for children in need
during the holidays as well as food
for millions of families every year.
This year they were short on donations
and were not going to be able to provide
the needed amount of food this year.
The Arizona
Federal Service Squad sent
their volunteer "elves"
with a $10,000 donation. "This
donation makes more than a difference
for our Christmas Angel food program--it
SAVES it!" said Sandi Gabel of
The Salvation Army.
Arizona
Federal is a locally-owned, locally-controlled,
and locally-operated federally-chartered
credit union managing $1 billion in
member assets and serving over 165,000
member accounts.
