Squad makes "Friends for Life"
|
Did
you know that only one in every ten
animals has only one home during its
lifetime? Friends for Life Animal
Sanctuary is dedicated to ending the
suffering of homeless cats and dogs
in Arizona.
On Sunday,
March 13, the Arizona Federal Service
Squad lent a helping paw at Friends
for Life Animal Sanctuary in Gilbert.
The Squad was able to provide service
by cleaning litter boxes, brushing
the cats and even taking the dogs
for a little walk. This was the Service
Squad's first opportunity to participate
in an animal-related project.
Sometimes
we forget that animals in our community
need help too. The Service Squad was
glad to help at this wonderful event.
Arizona
Federal is a locally-owned, locally-controlled,
and locally-operated federally-chartered
credit union managing $1 billion in
member assets and serving over 165,000
