› September 2005 - Helping
hands pitch in to paint
| On
the morning of Sunday, September 18, the Service
Squad painted the warehouse for the United Food
Bank in Mesa. The warehouse had not been painted
since it was built over 15 years ago.
When the Arizona Federal
Service Squad entered the warehouse, it looked
like a long four hours ahead, but, apparently,
no job is too big for Arizona Federal's Service
Squad. In just three short hours, they painted
not only the warehouse they came for, but a second
one as well.
Arizona
Federal is a locally-owned, locally-controlled,
and locally-operated federally-chartered
credit union managing $1 billion in
member assets and serving over 165,000
member accounts.
