Deer Valley,
Ariz. – Arizona Federal broke
ground on March 24, 2004 for their
new Deer Valley branch at the I-17
and 101 interchange, which will increase
the branch locations to 19. The new
branch will serve Deer Valley area
residents and will be the second stand-alone
branch to feature our exciting new
branch layout.
“We're
anxious to present this new service
facility to our current members as
an additional alternative to meet
their financial service needs,”
said Ron Westad, president/CEO. “We're
also committed to welcoming new members
from the neighboring communities and
companies that desire a financial
service alternative that is to their
advantage -- they'll switch for the
service, and stay for the savings!”
Also attending
the ceremony were Board of Directors
Chairman Jack Thomas and Vice-Chair
Cathleen Gleason. The new branch is
scheduled to begin serving members
later this year.
Arizona
Federal is a locally-owned, locally-controlled,
and locally-operated federally-chartered
