Phoenix, Ariz. – On November 29, Arizona Federal expanded their leadership team with the addition of Gary Ahlgren as Executive Vice President/Chief Strategy Office. In his role, Ahlgren will work directly with Arizona Federal’s Lending/Risk, Accounting/Payments, Finance and Technology segments. Ahlgren comes to Arizona Federal with 23 years of experience with North Island Credit Union in San Diego. He will complement all areas with expanded emphasis in organizational leadership, collaboration with and integration of all segments in design, decisions and implementation.

Gary is grounded in a strong set of values and beliefs. Gary will define his role of Executive Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer by the way he collaborates, communicates and makes and keeps commitments. He finds enjoyment in creating and leading change that has a positive impact on members and employees alike.
