Ariz. (June 22, 2005) - Arizona Federal received
the Organizational Excellence Award for its commitment
to sustainable performance improvement, employee
satisfaction, and being a model for learning from
the prestigious FranklinCovey organization during

change in their organizations through the passionate,
committed use of FranklinCovey tools and principles.

all Arizona Federal employees. Arizona Federal
is dedicated to providing its employees with resources
on "how to be" to compliment their technical
"how to do" training.
“Since the program
was implemented, Arizona Federal members’
satisfaction rates have risen as well as numerous
financial indicators,” said Jason Paprocki,
assistant vice-president/Eservices. “Our
position is that by becoming more effective people
overall, that output, productivity and service
levels couldn't help but continually improve,”
noted Paprocki.
