What you'll get to do:
Educate branch employees with an emphasis on the member service experience, accuracy, and promoting credit union products
and services that are consistent with Arizona Federal organizational goals and priorities. Ensure employees beginning new
positions at Arizona Federal are able to perform basic job functions in an on the job environment which includes hands on
experience, coaching, assessments, and ensuring product and service fluency. Promote consistency within the branch network
through regular evaluation of training materials and approach. Maintain knowledge of strategic objectives and collaborate
with Branch Management and Training Services staff to influence overall branch accuracy and member service.
Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 2 years experience in a financial or retails sales or service
industry required. 1 year Member Service or Financial Service experience with Arizona Federal preferred. 1 year training experience
or a combination of experience and education in training related field preferred. Knowledge of computers and software applications
in Windows and Word are required. Ability to key 35 words per minute. Ability to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English.
Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone. Ability to read and interpret written instructions, correspondence,
and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to communicate effectively to individual or groups
of employees.
