Credit CounselorFull Time

 Where you get to work:

Phoenix: 333 N. 44th Street

 What you'll get to do:
  • You'll assist members to resolve delinquent accounts.
  • You'll perform collections on past due accounts and minimize loss through recommendations for repayment, repossession and legal action.
 Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
  • You'll need a High School diploma or a GED.
  • We prefer you to have experience in a financial institution, in customer service, in teleservices or in a related field.
  • You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • You need to know how to skip trace, work a collections queue and work with other financial intuitions.
  • You need to be able to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English.
  • You must be familiar with Windows and able to use PC software applications such as Word and Excel.
  • You need to be able to type 25 words per minute.
