Credit Counselor II—Full Time

 Where you get to work:

Phoenix: 333 N. 44th Street

 What you'll get to do:
  • You'll provide administrative and operational support to the Risk Management Department for collections of loans and prevention of losses.
  • You'll perform skip traces on delinquent loans and maintain queue work standards.
  • You'll send the appropriate letters to and negotiate WEM process with delinquent members.
  • You'll research and resolve members concerns with various vendors such as insurance companies, title companies as well as liens and lending.
 Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
  • You'll need a High School diploma or a GED and two years of experience in a financial institution or a related field or an equivalent combination of the two.
  • You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • You need to know how to skip trace, work a collections queue and work with other financial intuitions.
  • You need to be able to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English.
  • You must be familiar with Windows and able to use PC software applications such as Word and Excel.
  • You need to be able to type 25 words per minute.
