What you'll get to do:
- You'll support Equity Loan operations by processing, disbursing, drawing up documents, and quality control for Home Equity mortgage products.
- You'll facilitate processes and communication with branches and outside third party providers.
Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
- You'll need a High School diploma or a GED.
- You'll also need two years of experience in lending operations including one year processing consumer auto loans, second mortgages and home equity lines of credit or first mortgages.
- You should be familiar with stardard office equipment, Windows, able to use a PC and perform searches on an online service bureau.
- You need to be able to type
45 words per minute.
