Senior Member Service Consultant—Full Time

What you'll get to do:
- You'll process cash transactions, payments and transfers for members on their accounts.
- You'll tell members about other services and products we offer that would benefit them.
- You'll assist, direct and inspire your fellow co-workers to work efficiently and maintain an economically sound branch.
Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
- You'll need a High School diploma or a GED.
- We'd love you to have experience handling cash.
- You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You need to be able to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English.
- You should be familiar with Windows and able to use a PC.
- You need to be able to type
25 words per minute.
