What you'll get to do:
- You'll answer phones, process transactions and provide members with consistent, accurate and courteous service.
- You'll share your knowledge and abilities with your fellow team members to help them grow and improve.
- You'll make recommendations to improve member service.
Experience, knowledge and skills you'll need:
- We'd love you to have a High School diploma or a GED and three years of experience in a financial institution, call center or a related customer service field are preferred.
- You must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- You need to be able to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in English.
- You also need to be able to read, write, speak and use proper grammar in Spanish.
- You should be familiar with Windows and able to use PC applications such as Word and Excel.
- You need to be able to type
30 words per minute and accurately use the 10-key.
