From time to time Arizona Federal is required to update Agreement and Disclosure information because of changes in the regulations or changes in our internal operations.

The following updates to the CU Online-Internet Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure are effective October 1, 2009:

General clarification has been added to the e-mail notification section regarding our practices and your right to receive promotional e-mails about our products and services.

The Business Day cut-off time has been changed to 5:00p.m.

The section explaining requirements under Federal Regulation D has been updated to exclude the three transaction limitation and include clarity about preauthorized transactions.
