If you have not already established your forgotten password validation information and would like to do so in case you forget your password in the future, just follow the simple steps below.

If you currently have access to your CU Online Account -

 
 
  • Log into CU Online.

  • Under the 'User Options' click on the link called 'Forgotten Password Setup.' 

  • Select your three validation questions and enter your answers and email address.
     
  • We will send you an email letting you know whether your forgotten password validation was successful or not.
 
 

If you are currently locked out of your CU Online Account -

 
 
  • Reset your password
    Call (602) 683-1000 (or toll free 1-800-523-4603, option 4) and one of our consultants will gladly assist you with a password reset. Assistance is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Wednesdays 9:30am to 6:00pm) and from 8:30am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. You can also reset your password at any branch location.

  • Once your password is reset, log back into CU Online. You will be prompted with a screen that will ask for your forgotten password information.
     
  • Select your three validation questions and enter your answers and email address.
     
  • When the questions are attempted, we will send you an email letting you know whether your forgotten password validation was successful or not.
