Reset your password
Call (602) 683-1000
(or toll free 1-800-523-4603,
option 4) and one of our
consultants will gladly
assist you with a password
reset. Assistance is available
weekdays from 7:30 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. (Wednesdays
9:30am to 6:00pm) and from
8:30am to 12:00pm on Saturdays.
You can also reset your
password at any branch
location.
- Once your password is reset,
log back into CU Online. You
will be prompted with a screen
that will ask for your forgotten
password information.
- Select your three validation
questions and enter your answers
and email address.
- When the questions are attempted,
we will send you an email
letting you know whether your
forgotten password validation
was successful or not.
