Microsoft Money, Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks update
We upgraded our server that provides account access through personal finance manager software programs. Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Money access to CU Online will not be available the entire day. You will need to modify certain information within your Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Money software to ensure a smooth transition of your data.
The following links will take you to Quicken/Money/QuickBooks instructions. You will not be asked for any credit card information, ATM PIN, password or CVV code. Also, the updates need to be completed within your personal finance software, not on a website.
For Intuit Quicken and QuickBooks: http://www.arizonafederal.org/pdf/Intuit_upgrade.doc
For Microsoft Money: http://www.arizonafederal.org/pdf/Money_upgrade.pdf
You will still be able to log into your account and access CU Online. Only your ability to download transactions into your personal finance software will be affected until you make the updates.
If you have any questions or problems with these instructions, an electronic services consultant will be happy to assist you from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at (602) 683-1088. You can also call us at our main number (602) 683-1000.
Thank you for your membership and your continued use of our online services.
