If you have never accessed your account through CU Online -

  • Enter your account number and your TouchTone 24 authorization code as your password. This code was established at the time you opened your account.

If this is unsuccessful or if you do not remember the authorization code established, please call (602) 683-1088 (or toll free 1-800-523-4603, option 4) and one of our consultants will gladly assist you with a password reset. Assistance is available weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. You can also reset your password at any branch location.

  • You will then be prompted to establish a password for future logins into CU Online. This password is case-sensitive and must be between 6-12 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number. The Password cannot contain symbols such as $,%,&,#, or spaces. The password is valid for 120 days; you will be prompted to change the password ten days before it expires.

  • Once your password is established you will be prompted with a screen that will ask for your forgotten password information. The forgotten password information will allow you to reset your own password incase you forget it or are locked out of CU Online.

  • Select your three validation questions and enter your answers and email address. When the questions are attempted, we will send you an email letting you know whether your forgotten password validation was successful or not.

  • You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive the quarterly Member eVantage online newsletter.

  • Welcome to CU Online account access!
