Many online travel companies boast the lowest rates. And although some rates can be considerably lower, they may not come without a cost. Make sure you are aware of all the terms and conditions that apply.

Certain online travel companies do not honor cancellations, refunds, changes, exchanges or transfers to other individuals, nor do they give credit for unused reservations. Once you authorize use of your Visa card for purchase, it's final. If a site's policy states that there are no refunds/exchanges, you forfeit your ability to dispute purchases made with your card.

As with any online or other reservation that requires your Visa or other card, Arizona Federal recommends you use caution. Using your Visa card does not protect you from the terms and conditions that govern the site.

TIPS

	Keep screen prints as you go along. Screen prints are printed copies of the information as it appears on each screen.   When clicking the back button to change the information fields, always keep a screen print of the new information entered.   Read and reread all terms and conditions.   If you are not certain what is being said in the terms and conditions, do not click to complete the purchase.
