Arizona Federal is here to help you through any financial hardship you may be experiencing. For this reason we have compiled the following list of resources that we regularly refer members to.

You may be able to find additional assistance to help you through these tough times by contacting one of these organizations and any of our Loss Mitigation team members may refer members to these organizations for assistance.

Making Home Affordable

This is a government website that outlines and facilitates the Financial Stability Plan to stabilize our housing market and help up to 7 to 9 million Americans reduce their monthly mortgage payments to more affordable levels. This specific link will take you directly to a page that includes self-assessment tools to determine if you are among the 7 to 9 million homeowners who may be able to benefit from the Making Home Affordable plan.

  • The following link will help you locate a HUD certified counselor to assist you in determining your eligibility for the Making Home Affordable program.

This resource can help with Student loan consolidations that include flexible repayment options including an Income Contingent Repayment Plan. “Income contingent,” means it is based on your income, so your payment will never be more than you can afford.
