Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure
Consent and Agreement to Receive Disclosures Electronically

Overview: Periodically, the Credit Union revises its disclosure documents to add clarity and to keep you informed of regulatory changes. When this occurs, we notify you of the revisions.

The CU Online disclosures for Electronic Funds Transfer and Consent and Agreement to Receive Disclosures Electronically have been revised. The revisions are as follows:

The two disclosure documents have been combined into one disclosure to make it easier for you to access the information. An acknowledgement statement has been added to inform you that the CU Online disclosures are in addition to those provided in the Membership Accounts and Services Agreement. Text was also added to define the term “electronic records” and to clarify the term “User ID” as being the same as your CU Online login. We also included a statement about your requirement to write to us to opt out of electronic disclosures.

Effective date: The changes are effective immediately. You may obtain a copy of the revised disclosure by clicking here (pdf). Please save a copy of the revised disclosure and keep it with your important records.
