Why is it important to submit primary and joint information in the correct order?

Why is it important to submit primary and joint information in the correct order?

In order to provide you with an instant decision we utilize scoring and decision technology that makes its decision based on the information provided for the primary account owner. If you are not the primary account owner but you submit an application as if you are, the instant decision may be delayed.


When will I find out my loan decision?

You will receive one of three instant decisions within 90 seconds:

  1. A pre-approval
  2. A referral to a loan officer
  3. A denial

If you receive a referral, please contact us at (602) 683-1730 or 1-800-523-4603, option 5, ext. 1730 for your decision. It will be available within one business day.

 
When will I receive my funds?

If you are approved for a Visa credit card or a personal line-of-credit loan, we may be able to place the funds in your account if you are able to receive and send us the appropriate closing documents via fax machine. If you are approved for another type of loan we will contact you to set up a closing appointment at one of our branch locations. If you would like to contact us about setting or making changes to a closing appointment, please call us at 602-683-1730 or 1-800-523-4603, option 5, ext. 1730.
